The Coca-Cola HBC International Leadership Trainee Program 2024 is now accepting applications from young graduates. This program is designed to fast-track the international careers of high-potential individuals who are at the start of their professional journey.

The program begins in October 2024 and offers international exposure and a robust leadership curriculum. It allows participants to work within one of Coca-Cola’s markets across the 29 countries where the company operates.
Program details
Throughout the program, trainees manage complex strategic projects, gaining the skills and knowledge needed for future leadership roles. The program focuses on building commercial expertise, including learning how to create and implement commercial strategies.
Participants will also develop soft skills, strategic thinking, public speaking, stakeholder management, and other leadership capabilities. The ultimate goal is to accelerate your career, enabling you to become a commercial leader who can drive Coca-Cola HBC forward through innovation and leadership.
This comprehensive program combines academic excellence from the Hult International Business School with Coca-Cola’s practical business approach. The application process is an educational journey, mentored by Coca-Cola Senior Leaders.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the Coca-Cola HBC Leadership Trainee Program,
- You should be interested in building a commercial career in a high-performance-driven environment (e.g., sales, digital commerce, commercial finance).
- You should be determined, curious, self-driven, open to different people and perspectives, and ambitious to lead change, projects, and people.
- You should also be willing to relocate to another country to accelerate your career.
- You should have 1-3 years of work experience in any business-related area,
- A university degree, or be in your last year at university and able to commit full-time (40 hours/week).Â
- Fluency in English
- Legal eligibility to work in the country for which you apply is also required.
