Father, in the mighty and powerful name of Jesus Christ, tonight I come under the covering of your word in Psalm 34. Lord, let your angel encamp around me and my family, and deliver us from every danger of the night. Let your fire surround our home tonight, in the mighty name of Jesus.
Your word says, “The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.” Father, tonight I call that angel into position. Every spirit of harm moving in the darkness, every plan whispered against my life, every evil eye watching from a distance, scatter now by fire in Jesus’ mighty name.
Lord Jesus, let your presence guard every entry point of this home tonight — the door, the gate, the window, and the roof over our heads. Let no intruder, natural or spiritual, find a way in. Let no calamity touch this family.
Your word says, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.” Father, every affliction being prepared for me and my household, be dismantled tonight by the power of the Holy Ghost. Every altar raised in secret against my destiny, catch fire now in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
I plead the blood of Jesus over my spirit, soul, and body. I plead the blood of Jesus over my children, my home, my health, and my work. Every spirit of sudden fear, every spirit of despair, every spirit of delay assigned to my life, leave now in the name of Jesus.
Father, let your calm cover my thoughts tonight. Every disappointment I carried through this day, I set it down at your feet. Let every troubled place in me be quieted by your presence.
Your word says, “O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.” Lord, let me taste your goodness even in this season. Let my trust in you be stronger than what I can see.
As I sleep tonight, watch what I cannot watch. Defend what I cannot defend. Go ahead of me into tomorrow and prepare it with provision, direction, healing, and answered prayer.
I declare tonight that I will sleep without alarm and wake without lack. No affliction shall be permanent. My family is guarded. My peace is restored. My future is settled in Christ Jesus.
Thank you, Father, for you neither sleep nor slumber, and your goodness follows me even into the night.
